The Supreme Court is making it easier for people to sue their employers for discrimination when they’re transferred against their will.

It’s a unanimous decision at the highest court this week, where the justices sided with a St. Louis police sergeant.

Jatonya Clayborn Muldrow claims her department discriminated and retaliated against her when it forced her to transfer out of an intelligence division. For more insight, NTD spoke to Mark Miller, senior attorney at the Pacific Legal Foundation.
