At Shochiku Costumes, a renowned kimono and Kabuki costume company in Osaka, Hyesoo is wearing a luxurious hand sewn kimono made with only natural dyes. The actor who plays the princess in a Kabuki performance wears this kimono. The sewing machine was not used at all. For the embroidery, every stitch was made by hand. The embroidery takes one person 6 months to finish. Together with Tokyo and Osaka, about 100 people do needlework, and we outsource to an additional 100 people for sewing.
