FBI Seeking Black-and-White Sneaker Bandit

Last month, the FBI’s Los Angeles division had been searching for and recently arrested a prolific bank robber.

Now, the agency is again on the hunt for another one. Authorities say the thief always wears a pair of black and white sneakers.
