Future Presidents More Likely to Face Prosecution If Supreme Court Finds Trump Not Immune: Legal Expert

The Supreme Court on Thursday will hear oral arguments to decide whether former President Donald Trump enjoys presidential immunity from criminal prosecution. Jim Burling, vice president of Legal Affairs at the Pacific Legal Foundation, says future presidents will be more likely to face prosecution if the justices find President Trump not immune.
