Meilin Tan has been a New York City district leader for the Republican Party for many years. She is the New York Republican state committee member and vice chairman of Queens County Republican Party. In a recent interview at 2017 New York State Republican Gala, she praised President Trump that no president ever has accomplished so much.
“He has accomplished so much in his first 100 days. I don’t think any president ever in the past has accomplished so much. President Trump is the one, really to make changes. He promised to make America great again. I am sure he is the one. He is the only one. He is going to do it. He is going to make America great again. He is the one. He is brave enough. He doesn’t care about political rhetorics. He is going to just make necessary changes. “
Mrs Tan also criticized media for their biased reporting toward the Republicans.
“In the past we believe media and reporting supposed to be fair. But unfortunately it is not as open, as honest, as fair as people expect. President Trump has the nerve, the brave, the courage to speak out and to challenge publicly. So we want reporting, but honest reporting, fair reporting. We don’t want to see one sided reporting.”
