Brave dog protects his canine friend on railway track for 2 days, as she was too weak to walk!

Two dogs were spotted on a railway track braving the cold and the passing trains for two days. The male dog never gave up on his injured female partner and kept her alive in the snow.

This is just plain love and kindness in its purest form. The female dog was injured and stranded on the tracks, while the male dog stood by her through the cold, keeping her warm, and providing moral support. He stood by her even with the danger of having trains pass over them.

Then the animal rescuers were informed that these two ppor souls were spotted struggling on the railway track.

Denis Malafeyev, shared this heart-warming story on Facebook. “When we arrived, it turned out that one of the dogs, the female, was injured and couldn’t move.”

“The male dog heard the sound of the approaching train, came close to the female dog and laid down next to her… Both of them pushed their heads towards the ground, and let the train pass.”

Denis Malafeyev was truly touched with this emotional story. “The male dog was doing this for two days in a row. Think about it. He was keeping her warm.”

Both dogs would press their heads down every time a train passed over them…

For more than two days the healthy partner stayed with her in the cold trying to protect her as trains passed over them…

The two were finally rescued by the animal rescuers and provided with medical assistance. Their human family was only too happy to have them back. They shared that the dogs were named Panda and Lucy. They are back home, safe and sound.

Indeed, no vows required for this pair to stay faithful to each other, in life and in death. No words to describe such faithfulness and selfless love!
