Emergency responders were called to Paris Jackson’s Hollywood home on March 16 to deal with a “psychiatric problem” after she allegedly attempted to commit suicide, according to a new 911 call recording.

In the 911 recording obtained by Daily Mail, emergency responders are heard identifying a “possible VIP” on the scene. At one point, the responders said to “upgrade to emergency” regarding the situation.

When one of the responders asked if there was a need to “notify Battalion 5,” the Los Angeles Fire Department command unit that covers the Hollywood area, the other person on the line eventually responded with “negative.”

“At about 7:28 a.m. officers responded to the 7200 block of Hillside for an ambulance attempted suicide. The victim was transported to a local hospital,” a spokesperson for the department told the Daily Mail.

It was reported by the Blast that the 20-year-old daughter of Michael Jackson had suffered blood loss amid suggestions that she had slashed her wrists on Saturday.

A source directly involved with the situation told the Blast Jackson was transported to a nearby hospital and was stabilized after she “lost a lot of blood.” The source added that because of the quick response of the emergency team, Jackson survived.

According to the Blast, Jackson was also considered for a 5150 psychiatric hold, which is where “someone who is in serious need of mental health treatment can be transported to a designated psychiatric inpatient facility for evaluation and treatment for up to 72 hours against their will.” However, she was instead released that same day.

Sources told the Blast that the recent HBO documentary, “Leaving Neverland,” was hard on the Jackson kids, but it remains unclear if it was the motivation behind the incident.

Despite the slew of rumors and media reports, Jackson denied that she attempted suicide with a series of social media posts.

On the day of the alleged incident, Jackson posted a series of eye-roll emojis, wrote “Lies, lies, lies…Omg, and more lies,” followed by multiple question marks. Some of her tweets were later removed.

She also posted a more recent tweet, responding to rumors of her falling asleep at the wheel while driving. Jackson said that while she was parked at a gas station waiting for her boyfriend to pump gas, she closed her eyes because she was listening to her favorite song.

During that time, she said the paparazzi took photos that they then zoomed in so that people couldn’t tell she was in a parked car, and then allegedly accused her of falling asleep at the wheel. She wrote in a since-deleted tweet, “when will this stop.”

Recently, she addressed the controversial HBO documentary, “Leaving Neverland,” saying on Twitter, “they didn’t get the crazy reaction they wanted from the doc, and a chill, mellow reaction doesn’t sell stories so why not lie and create a story that does sell? pathetic.”
