In order to get bills passed, a House speaker generally needs to work across bipartisan lines. After Rep. Mike Gallagher (R-Wis.) retires on April 19, Republicans will only have a one-vote majority in the U.S. House. NTD contributor Mike Leon speaks with NTD about this.
