Butterfly pea flower layered drink
2 servings Ingredients: • 1 Mango • 20 leaves Butterfly pea flower • 300 ml Warm water • 1 Lime • Honey |
Directions:
1. Soak the Butterfly pea flower in warm water for 10 minutes, causing it to gradually release natural colors from the flower into the water, and then let it cool. 2. Place a peeled and sliced mango into the food processor and blend, than pour it into a glass. 3. In the glass, pour ice till about 2/3 full. 4. Add the honey to your taste preferences. 5. Pour in the Butterfly pea flower tea. 6. Finally, squeeze a lemon into the glass, and like magic the color changes. 7. Enjoy! |
