Surrey Police have appealed for witnesses after an alleged burglar was caught on camera rummaging about a child’s bedroom in Warlingham, England, on Nov. 7.

Video showing the incident was posted to Facebook on Nov. 8, by Oliver Wallace, who said the footage was taken in his baby’s room the night before, when “family jewelry dating back generations” and other valuables were stolen.

Wallace wrote the following on his Facebook post:

“Video of the scumbags who robbed our home today. Phone alerted me whilst it was taking place and called 999 within 30 seconds. Police took 45 minutes to arrive so as you might guess by the time they did they were long gone. So much taken but the loss of Sally’s mum’s jewelry the most upsetting. It’s only possessions but that’s still kind of easier said than felt. On the off chance anyone recognises this woman then obviously please shout out.”
