The U.N. Security Council offered condolences to Sweden after the terror attack in Stockholm. A truck plowed into a crowd of people in busy Stockholm’s city center. The attack killed three and injured eight.

U.S Ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley spoke for the council, “On behalf of the council, I would first like to offer my condolences to the government of Sweden and the victims of the senseless attack today in Stockholm. We have been reminded this week that the scourge of terrorism affects many countries. And we are united and share, in our shared resolve.”
